LUST IN NOIR referral program terms

1. Organizer

The program is run by LUST IN NOIR, Via Giacomo Leopardi 6, 41043 Formigine (MO), Italy, email info@lustinnoir.com ("we" or the "Organizer"), owner of the online store lustinnoir.com.

2. Purpose and duration

The referral program (the "Program") lets store customers invite friends with a personal link or code. The friend gets a discount on their first order; the person who invited them earns credit to spend in the store.

The Program runs from the date these terms are published on the website, with no end date. The Organizer may suspend or end it under section 12.

3. Who can take part

Anyone can take part as an "Ambassador" who:

• is at least 18 years old;
• has an active customer account on the store;
• accepts these terms.

The discount is available to a "Friend" placing their first order on the store, with an account or email address never used before to buy from us.

4. How it works

1. Each Ambassador finds their personal link and code on the "Invite friends" page of their account and on the Program page of the store.
2. A Friend who uses the link or enters the code at checkout gets 15% off their first order, with a minimum spend of €60 on products (shipping excluded). The discount can be used once per customer and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless shown otherwise at checkout.
3. When the Friend's order is paid, the referral is "pending".
4. After 30 days from the order, if it was not cancelled, returned or refunded, the referral is "confirmed" and the Ambassador receives the reward described in section 5.

5. Ambassador rewards

For each confirmed referral the Ambassador receives €15.00 in store credit. The reward is the same for everyone, whatever their level, and there is no limit on the number of rewarded referrals.

• Credit is added to the Ambassador's customer account and can be used for purchases on the store with no expiry.
• Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-refundable, non-transferable and does not earn interest.
• No cash payments are made.

6. Levels

Ambassadors level up based on the number of confirmed referrals. The levels in force on the date above are:

Levels show how many friends the Ambassador has brought and do not change the reward in section 5. The current levels are always shown on the Program page and form part of these terms.

7. Monthly challenge

If in a calendar month at least 3 friends invited by the Ambassador place an order that is later confirmed, the Ambassador receives a €15.00 store credit bonus. The bonus is given once per month, when the last required order is confirmed, and follows the same rules as the credit in section 5.

8. Achievements and leaderboard

The Program page shows achievements to unlock and a monthly leaderboard of the most active Ambassadors. Achievements and the leaderboard are for information only: they do not award prizes or discounts beyond those in sections 5, 6 and 7.

Only the Ambassador's first name is shown on the leaderboard. Anyone who prefers not to appear can ask at any time by writing to info@lustinnoir.com.

9. Prohibited behaviour

You may not:

• refer yourself, including through other accounts, email addresses or shipping addresses linked to the same person or household;
• create fake or multiple accounts;
• post your link or code on coupon, cashback or deal aggregator sites;
• run paid ads (for example search ads) that include the brand name;
• send unsolicited messages (spam) or contact people without their consent;
• present yourself as an employee or official representative of the brand, or make misleading claims about the products.

When you share your link or code publicly (for example on social media), you must make it clear that it is a referral link that earns you a benefit, for example with "referral link" or #ad.

In these cases the Organizer may cancel the referrals involved, suspend or remove the Ambassador from the Program, and cancel any credit obtained improperly that has not been used yet. The Organizer uses automated checks to detect this behaviour (see the privacy policy).

10. Returns, cancellations and refunds

If the Friend's order is cancelled, or returned and fully refunded, during the waiting period, the referral is cancelled and no reward is given. A partial return does not cancel the referral. If a return happens after confirmation, the Organizer may reverse the related credit if it has not been used. The Friend's statutory right of withdrawal always remains in full effect.

11. Tax

Store credit is a discount on future purchases, not a payment. The Program does not provide cash payments to Ambassadors.

12. Changes, suspension and termination

The Organizer may change these terms, the levels or rewards, or suspend or end the Program, by giving notice on the Program page at least 15 days in advance. Changes do not affect referrals already confirmed or credit already issued. Referrals pending at the end date are handled under the terms in force when the order was placed.

13. Personal data

How we process the personal data of Ambassadors and Friends is described in the privacy policy, in the section on the referral program.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence or domicile, and keep the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
